It’s the first day of September which also marks the first day of spring. Turn to your next chapter of all things fresh.

It’s an absolutely beautiful time of the year. Plants are budding and the trees are breaking out all the leaves that they’ve been working on through winter. As we get into rainy season in South Africa, take a moment to meditate about your journey through the year.

If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome.

The work that you have done through the winter is about to come to fruition. As you wait for the flowers in your life to bloom let the rain do its job. Rain has a strong symbolism in your life similar to that of nature. The rain not only continues to nourish the blooming buds of your hard work, it also washes away all the dead matter that you no longer need around you.

As we work on our self-actualization journeys we concentrate so much on acquiring that we end up hoarding.

Learning and growing also includes knowing the art of letting go. You need to take the time to Spring Clean, not only your house but your life too. Look into all the things that hinder your progress, the things that get in the way of your happiness. Allow the rain to help wash away
